LYBSA Picture Week will take place May 11th-14th at RC Photography (2618 W. John Beers Rd., Stevensville).


LOCATION

We are located in the Village Square Plaza off of John Beers Rd. Turn off of John Beers road into the parking lot and drive all the way to the back. Please see the map below for reference.


SCHEDULE

The picture week schedule is below. Please arrive 5 minutes before your team's scheduled time to allow time for check-in. All players and coaches will have their picture taken (even if they are not planning to order) to be included in the team picture. When you arrive, please check-in inside right away (you do not need to wait for your full team to check-in).


MAKE-UPS

If you are unable to attend your team's assigned time, please reach out to Shelly at rcphotographystudios@gmail.com to attend another time slot this week. Siblings may choose one of their teams time slots to attend together if it is more convenient. All make-ups must be done by May 14th in order to be included in the team photo.


ORDERING

All ordering will be done online. No pre-ordering is necessary. Once your photos are ready you will receive an email/text that your gallery is ready. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your gallery to be ready. At that time you will be able to choose your favorite pictures and place your order.
