SJBSA Picture Week will take place May 1st - 4th at the Eaton Park Garage next to Field F. The picture week schedule is below. Please arrive 5 minutes before your team's scheduled time to allow time for check-in. All players and coaches will have their picture taken (even if they are not planning to order) to be included in the team picture. If you cannot make your teams scheduled time, please reach out to Shelly at rcphotographystudios@gmail.com to schedule a make-up time.

All ordering will be done online through a site called PhotoDay. No pre-ordering is necessary, however, you have the option to purchase Advance Pay Credits to be applied to your order after picture day. If you purchase these credits you will receive 10% off and free shipping on your order.

Visit https://galleries.photoday.io/ and enter your personal access code you received via email. From there you can:

-Purchase Advance Pay Credits (This is not required, but if you purchase advanced pay credits you will receive 10% off and free shipping on your order. These credits will be applied to your order after picture day. )

-View photo package options that will be available to order once your gallery is ready. (You can't purchase these until after picture day, but they are listed for your reference) 

-View your gallery after it is published (Once your photos are ready you will receive an email that your gallery is ready. At this time you will be able to choose your favorite pictures and choose a photo package to apply your Advanced Pay Credits to)
