Do I need to pre-order to have my child's picture taken?
No pre-ordering is necessary! Once your photos are ready (please allow up to 2 weeks) you will receive an email from RC Photography with a link to your child's personal gallery. At that time, you will have the option to purchase your photos. No purchase is required.
When will I be able to see my photos?
Please allow up to 2 weeks after your pictures are taken for your gallery to be published. Once your photos are ready you will receive an email from RC Photography with a link to your child's personal gallery.
How do I access my photos?
Once your gallery is ready, you will receive an email with a link to your personal gallery. You can also visit my.photoday.com. Click "Add Gallery" in the upper right corner and enter your personal access code. If you did not receive a personal access code, reach out to Shelly at rcphotographystudios@gmail.com.
How long do I have to order my photos?
Your gallery will be active for 60 days. If you order within the first 10 days, and enter the code SSFREESHIP, you will receive free shipping on your order.
