SWM Picture Week will take place October 17 at RC Photography, located at:

Picture Day Details
Please arrive 5 minutes before your team’s scheduled picture time to allow time for check-in. Check in as soon as you arrive—you do not need to wait for your entire team before checking in.
All players and coaches will have their picture taken, even if they do not plan to place an order. This ensures everyone can be included in the team photo.
Picture Make-Ups
Picture make-ups will take place Wednesday, October 21st from 7-8pm. If you are unable to attend your team’s assigned time, please contact Shelly at rcphotographystudios@gmail.com to attend make-ups. All make-ups must be done by October 21st to be included in the team picture.
Ordering Your Photos
All ordering will be completed online, and no pre-order is required.
Before picture day, you have the option to purchase AdvancePay Credits to use toward your order once your gallery is available. When you purchase AdvancePay Credits, you’ll receive 10% off and free shipping on your order.
Visit https://galleries.photoday.io/ and enter the personal access code you received via email. From there, you can:
- Purchase AdvancePay Credits — This is optional. Credits purchased in advance can be applied to your order after picture day and include 10% off and free shipping.
- View available photo packages — Package options are available to preview before picture day. Purchases can be made once your gallery is published.
- View and order from your gallery — Once your photos are ready, you will receive an email/text notification. Please allow up to 3 weeks for galleries to be completed. You can then choose your favorite images and select the package or products you would like to purchase.
